Virtual Conference FAQs

What’s included with my registration?

Access to all events throughout the week. This includes all live professional development (PD) sessions, guest speakers, roundtables and pre-recorded PD sessions.

Will I receive continuing education credits for the sessions I attend?

Yes. Certificates of participation will be sent to you automatically for the sessions that you attend*

*You must log in to the event using your email address and the link which will be provided to you the week prior to the event; otherwise, your attendance will not be recorded (and you will not receive credit).

Will the sessions be recorded for future viewing?

Yes. A link to the recording will be sent to you automatically once it is available.

Is it better to use the link provided for accessing the sessions, or call in via phone?

It is best to use the link provided. Most technical issues occur for those that dial in.

Do I have to view the pre-recorded sessions at the time prescribed on the agenda?

No. These sessions can be viewed via the link anytime.

How do I join the Roundtable discussions?

You must register for the session. A link will be provided for you to join and participate one week prior to the conference.

When will I receive the links to access the sessions?
