We're psyched to announce that this year's conference theme is"The Seventies" to commemorate this year's 70th Annual MD ASBO Spring Conference. Our
exhibits team will email vendors the skinny on how to get groovy with the theme.We'll catch you on the flipside!
The convention center offers free parking
"Show Your Badge" program: event attendees may use the OC Transportation buses at no charge during the days of our event, by showing their event badge.
The
exhibit hall (renamed the "Solutions Center") has 204 exhibit spaces (click on floor map in the "Map" section below for enlarged view):
Prime Oversized Booth: $1,210, 10’ x 15’ with two draped tables
Oversized Booth: $1,110, 10’ x 15’ with two draped tables
Corner Booth: $960, 10’ x 10’ with one draped table
Inside Booth: $860, 10’ x 10’ with one draped table
All booths include: draped 8’ back-drop, 3’ draped side dividers, two chairs, one trashcan, one 7” x 44” booth sign (company name & booth #) and one electrical outlet. Booths and aisles will be carpeted.
Sunday Welcome Reception: two (2) admissions for vendors with a Business Associate membership; five (5) admissions for vendors with a Corporate membership * additional tickets may be purchased – see “Meal Tickets” below
Refreshment breaks on Monday with conference attendees in the Solutions Center (exhibit hall)

Booth Teardown
We will again use the “Conference Tracker” app for attendees, and the “Conference Leads” app for exhibitors.
On April 1st, registered exhibitors will receive:
An invitation to set up their virtual booth using the "Conference Tracker" desktop portal (can include company name, logo, description,
and promotional content).
An invitation to purchase the optional "Conference Leads" app to scan attendee badges. "Conference Leads" is a lead retrieval app, which will convert an iOS or Android device into a portable lead retrieval tool. Use your device's camera to scan attendee badges and capture the contact information. Optionally add your own notes and qualifying questions. The captured information can be viewed on your device or online, printed out, or exported to your CRM or other application. Email mschell@asbo.org if you have questions prior to April 1st. Join Us for our 3rd Annual Cornhole Tournament, Monday afternoon after the Solutions Center (exhibit hall) closes. This is a sponsored event; food & beverages will be available.
There are a limited number of player spots available for $100 each (participation is free for LEA members). Exhibiting companies may reserve a player spot during registration while supplies last. Email mschell@asbo.org with
questions.
Our discounted hotel block information will be sent upon registration to the registered MD ASBO member (sent automatically through the registration system). If your company is registered and you don't have
access to this information please email

Swag Control If you plan to provide swag at your booth, we understand that the cost of these items can add up quickly. For inventory control, we suggest setting up a game at your booth to encourage
attendees to play for an item, with the added benefit being a fun way to interact with the attendees.
Maryland ASBO has contracted with Arata Expositions, Inc. to provide exhibit management services including the installation and dismantling of exhibit booths, along with any additional booth items that are not included with your package. All
registered exhibitors will receive an email with ordering instructions through Arata Expositions. You may reach out to them with any questions regarding shipping of materials at customerservice@arataexpo.com.
The ASBO Spring Conference is an educational and business opportunity for its members. We therefore request that all exhibitors respect and recognize this intent, and refrain from scheduling any events that would conflict with the business schedule
