Proposal to Present

    This is a call for presenters for 2019 Spring Conference on May 19-22, 2019 at the Ocean City Convention Center.

    The Association of School Business Officials Maryland and District of Columbia (ASBO MD&DC) provides leadership training and professional development opportunities to school business professionals. ASBO members work in the following areas: School Finance and Administration; Purchasing; Information Technology; School Facilities and Construction; Safety/Security and Risk Management; Human Resources; Pupil Transportation; Food and Nutrition Services and Leadership Strategies. 

    Presenting before school district decision makers is both an honor and opportunity for personal growth. Those selected to contribute presentations at the conference are expected to register to attend the conference and assume the responsibility for all travel and hotel accomodations. 

    Presenters are responsible for their own registration, lodging and travel expenses. 

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SPEAKERS 

    * If your proposal is selected you must register for the conference at: WWW.ASBO.ORG. 

    *Sessions are 1 hour in length.

    * Promotion of your business or products and/or videotaping during your session are not permitted.

    * Projector, audio and wi-fi are available in each classroom.

    * If selected as a presenter, we will contact you to coordinate the date and time of
    your session.

    An electronic copy of your presentation must be provided prior to the conference. Your presentation will be posted on the ASBO website (asbo.org) after the conference concludes.
